DESCRIPTION:Join us at Shepherd Center to explore the world of adaptive yoga with Certified Yoga Instructors through educational and hands-on demonstrations.The $20 registration fee includes a t-shirt\, instruction\, and equipment.Registration is required for all events and opens at least six weeks prior to the start of the class or course. Most courses require a small fee; however\, financial assistance is available.
