This 2-hour session offers a guided tour of the Best Health Suite\, the AWC’s dedicated recording studio and hub for community classes (in-person/virtual). Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in a guided movement class and learn about the wide range of content available through the “AWC by Shepherd Center” platform\, including adaptive fitness\, mindfulness\, recreation\, educational programming\, and specialized classes focused on eye strengthening\, fine motor skills\, coordination\, and much more.This event is free and includes a T-shirt\, instruction\, and equipment.
