Kaylan Lance is a passionate physical therapist specializing in spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation at Shepherd Center. With a background centered on SCI care, she prioritizes community reintegration to optimize patient recovery. Kaylan finds fulfillment in Shepherd Center's dynamic and supportive environment, where she contributes to excellence and innovation aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
Beyond her clinical role, Kaylan is actively engaged in volunteerism, particularly for adaptive sports events and peer support initiatives. She holds a pivotal position on the board of advisors for the Wheel With Me Foundation, focusing on community relations and advocacy.
In her personal life, Kaylan enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, embracing outdoor adventures, and showering affection on her beloved fur babies, Archie and Rowyn.
