About Jennifer Wooldridge
Jennifer is a dedicated physical therapist at Shepherd Center, where she plays a crucial role in patient care and rehabilitation. She conducts all initial client evaluations, sets functional goals, performs outcomes assessments, and creates comprehensive treatment plans. Collaborating closely with exercise physiologists, Jennifer designs individualized treatments and home exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs. She also oversees discharge planning and orders durable medical equipment (DME) to support patients' continued progress.
As a mentor and clinical instructor, Jennifer contributes significantly to the Physical Therapy Resident programs and internships, guiding and inspiring future physical therapists with her extensive knowledge and experience in neurological rehabilitation.
Jennifer's passion for her work is matched by her love for the family atmosphere and teamwork mentality at Shepherd Center. She values the supportive and collaborative environment that enhances both patient care and staff well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer and her wife are excitedly expecting their first child in August 2024. They share their home with JJ, their beloved 10-year-old lab mix.
