Collaborating closely with department supervisors, Kelley plays a pivotal role in establishing and refining protocols, integrating new devices and therapies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Her meticulous attention to detail extends to monitoring monthly department revenue, contributing to the financial health of our operations.
