Nicole Thompson is the Research Program Manager for the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Research Program at Shepherd Center. She oversees all aspects of ABI research studies, including recruitment, data collection, compliance, reporting, and financial administration. Nicole also contributes to data analysis and manuscript preparation, while mentoring research staff and volunteers to ensure excellence across projects.

Since joining Shepherd in 2003, Nicole has played a pivotal role in advancing research that explores the full spectrum of recovery — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
