Andrew’s bio
Meet Andrew, a 19-year-old from Alabaster, Alabama, whose heart, hope, and love for life shine through everything he does. After surviving a major traumatic brain injury in a car accident in September 2024, Andrew has found strength in every step of recovery. He loves spending time outdoors, going for long walks, hanging with family and friends, and being around animals. He describes Shepherd Center in 1975 as a magical place and a miracle for those in need of hope and faith. Looking ahead, he dreams of even more technology and greater access, so everyone can experience this incredible care. His favorite memories? Every moment spent with his therapists, who felt more like friends, turning each day into something joyful. Andrew also speaks two languages, loves to translate for others, and has a deep passion for music.
