Adaptive Cardio Class with Best Health Wellness

Join us for Best Health Wellness Cardio — a high-energy, adaptive class designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving — whether you’re seated, standing, or combining both. With upbeat music and guided modifications, this class meets you exactly where you are. Improve your cardiovascular endurance, boost your mood, and have fun while doing it! All equipment is provided — just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.

Parking instructions for Best Health Wellness classes

Free, covered parking is available in a dedicated parking deck for the Marcus Center for Advanced Rehabilitation. For GPS, use the address 2060 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, GA (at the corner of Peachtree Road and Peachtree Valley Road).

  • ADA-accessible parking is available on all levels.
  • Take a ticket when entering the deck — patients and visitors with appointments at the Marcus Center for Advanced Rehabilitation can validate their ticket inside.
  • Use the parking elevators to reach Level 1, where you’ll find the building entrance.
  • Take the elevator floor 11 and look for the waiting area. A volunteer or staff member will escort you to the studio.

Please note: The MCAR building is not easily accessible from Shepherd Center’s main parking deck on Manderson Drive.

Patient drop-off and pick-up

Patient drop-off and pick-up for the MCAR building takes place under the awning at the building’s main entrance on the right side of the circle on Manderson Drive. For GPS, use the address 2020 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, GA.

Staff will be available during business hours to assist if needed.
