Alexandra Juarez combines expertise in exercise science and holistic wellness to help patients thrive beyond the hospital setting. As a Clinical Tele-Exercise Instructor at Shepherd Center’s Best Health Suite, Allie leads in-person and virtual exercise classes for outpatients and community members. She records adaptive exercise sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring patients have access to resources that enable them to continue their progress at home.
Her work also supports tele-wellness initiatives and research interventions, blending evidence-based exercises with yoga and mindfulness practices to promote physical and emotional recovery.
