About
Angella Clemons is the clinical outreach and education coordinator at Shepherd Center. She is a registered nurse, certified rehabilitation nurse, and a certified case manager with over 25 years of experience in nursing and rehabilitation.
Angella began working at Shepherd Center in 2010 as an access case manager, evaluating potential patients for admission into specialty brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation programs. In 2016, Angella became the clinical outreach and education coordinator, serving as a link to the external community, and helping to promote Shepherd Center to others. In her role, she collaborates and supports Shepherd Center’s 13 access case managers in the Admissions Department on territory development and educational outreach.
In her spare time, she enjoys working on her farm in southwestern Virginia and spending time with her family and friends.
