Dr. April Hodge is the Therapy Manager and Clinical Researcher at Shepherd Center, where she leads the SHARE Military Initiative and Complex Concussion Clinic. Her role spans program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional education — driving innovation in clinical practice while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. Dr. Hodge is passionate about mentoring clinicians and advancing therapies that improve patient outcomes and team excellence.
Since joining Shepherd in 2013, she has combined clinical expertise with research to enhance rehabilitation strategies for individuals with complex neurological injuries.
