About
Debbie Westbrook joined Shepherd Center in 2007 as an admissions liaison. Before joining Shepherd Center, Debbie worked for six years as a medical case manager and provided mental health counseling in individual and group settings.
“My job allows me to connect with families and offer an opportunity that can change a person’s life,” Debbie said. “I enjoy crisis counseling and providing services to those in traumatic or life-changing situations.”
Debbie earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and a master’s degree in social work at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, backpacking and biking. She also enjoys traveling, playing soccer and spending time with her husband and three children.
