About
Dina Nakhleh precepts Transitions of Care, Advanced Transitions of Care, and Internal Medicine II.
She is a graduate of Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1 residency at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, Illinois. Her diverse pharmacy background includes the VA system, starting an emergency medicine clinical pharmacy program in the community hospital setting and previously served as Residency Program Director at Shepherd Center. Dina is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists (GSHP).
Dina enjoys civic engagement, spending time outdoors, and traveling as much as possible.
