The Woodruff Family Residence Center, located right on Shepherd Center’s main campus, provides a comforting home away from home for Day Program patients who live more than 30 miles from our main campus. This housing allows families to stay close to each other throughout the full duration of their loved one’s rehabilitation journey, easing the stress of being away from home.

Parking
We provide free, covered parking for all patients and families staying in our suites and for patients in the MS Rehabilitation and Wellness Program. ADA parking is available on every level, with easy access to the hospital via a covered walkway connected to the Woodruff Family Residence Center. Elevators are located on each level for added convenience.
MS Rehabilitation and Wellness Program patients will receive a parking pass after their initial clinical evaluation, offering convenient parking right outside the plaza level.
Public transportation
MARTA, Atlanta’s mass transit system, operates a bus line accessing Shepherd Center. The campus is accessible via the #110-Peachtree Road/Buckhead bus from the Arts-Center MARTA station. Visit MARTA’s website for more information.
