Join us in a nationwide network of MS care centers, connecting through the Multiple Sclerosis Implementation Network (MSIN) to share insights, data, and experiences, in partnership with the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA).

Researchers from Shepherd Center are looking for volunteers to participate in the MSIN project investigating how to improve Multiple Sclerosis (MS) care, patient health, and quality of life using a newly developed patient registry, SEQSTER, for people living with MS.

What is required to participate?

  • Connect your MS-related medical records to the secure patient registry, SEQSTER
  • Complete a brief set of online questionnaires every 3 months for approximately 3 years

Study eligibility

To be eligible, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • 18 years or older
  • Diagnosed with MS
  • Speak and understand English
