Marissa joined the Shepherd Center as a spinal cord injury research fellow in 2018. Marissa currently serves as a full time Occupational Therapist for spinal cord injury. Additionally, she serves as the Spinal Cord Injury Model Systems (SCIMS) data collector for in center participants (Form I). Marissa's goal is to connect clinicians and researchers to improve clinical practice and the quality of rehabilitative care for those with spinal cord injury.
