Debbie is the Clinical Research Manager for the Southeastern Regional Spinal Cord Injury Model System (SeR-SCIMS) at Shepherd Center. She joined the SCIMS team in March of 2022. Prior to joining the Hulse Lab, Debbie worked as an Epidemiologist/Clinical Research Coordinator at Emory University in the Radiology Department. She completed her PhD in Epidemiology at Walden University in 2019. Debbie manages the SeR-SCIMS System of Care components, overseeing the Form I and Form II data collection process along with the data submission to the National Spinal Cord Injury Statistical Center (NSCISC). In addition, she manages the Collaborative Module projects on which Shepherd partners with other SCIMS centers.
