About
Michelle Lagerbloom joined Shepherd Center as an access case manager in 2023. Prior to joining Shepherd Center, Michelle worked at Memorial Regional Hospital as an admissions coordinator and community educator. She also served as a clinical evaluator and contributed to rehabilitation community outreach at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. With more than 20 years of experience in rehabilitation admissions, clinical evaluations, and community education, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise! She is dedicated to helping patients and their families find hope and a road to recovery.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Georgia and a license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her passion for her work is evident in her commitment to providing top-notch care to her patients and families.
In her free time, Michelle loves spending time with her family and dogs, participating in outdoor activities, reading, traveling, and following her favorite football teams. Her dedication to her patients and her love for her work make her a valuable asset to the Shepherd Center team.
