Inpatient dining options

Nourishing your body with healthy, well-balanced meals is essential to your recovery. At Shepherd Center, we provide nutritious meals tailored to your doctor’s recommendations. Each day, a Food and Nutrition representative will visit you to gather your meal preferences for the next day. Once your care team approves you to leave your unit, you can choose to dine in the cafeteria with a ticket or have meals delivered to your room for lunch and dinner.
