ProMotion Membership Registration

To become a member of ProMotion Fitness Center, you must complete and submit the ProMotion membership application form below and also download, complete and submit the PAR-Q Form and Member Release Form.

The following membership rates include:

Community Individual Membership: $100 one-time initiation fee plus $180/6 months
Community Family Membership: $150 one-time initiation fee plus $240/6 months (spouse plus 2 children)
Companion Membership $150 one-time initiation fee plus $240/6 months (2 adults)
