Access Case Manager

Keysha Robinson has been with Shepherd Center since 2011 and serves as a post-acute Access Case Manager for the Spinal Cord Injury program.

About

Keysha Robinson joined Shepherd Center in 2011. She started with Shepherd Pathways as a nurse, primarily working with patients residing in the residential house, “Spring Creek,” while participating in the acquired brain injury Day Program. She transitioned to Admissions in April 2018 into the pre-certification specialist position. Then in April 2019, she was promoted to post-acute access case manager.

She truly enjoys working for Shepherd Center because of its one-of-a-kind culture and team-approach care that is carried out at all levels.
