Your journey to better living with MS starts here

At the Eula C. and Andrew C. Carlos Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation and Wellness Program, we’re dedicated to helping you take control of your physical and mental well-being. Established in 2013, our program is one of the first in the nation to combine fitness, nutrition, and education into a single, personalized approach designed just for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and related conditions.

With the support of an exercise physiologist and a team of experts, our comprehensive membership program empowers you to:

  • Manage your health effectively.
  • Improve your day-to-day function.
  • Build physical and emotional resilience.

We also provide accommodations like cooling vests, fans, and adjusted pool temperatures to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Knowledge is power, and we’re here to keep you informed. Our rolling schedule of classes covers topics such as:

  • Nutrition and healthy eating
  • Navigating community resources

An older woman with short gray hair and glasses smiles warmly. She wears a blue T-shirt that mentions multiple sclerosis and white, large earrings. The background is plain and light-colored.

For the first time, I learned how I can actively fight MS. And I fight it by keeping my body strong and less stressed. When I do that, it helps my strength, my flexibility, and my cognitive issues. I am probably more fit today at 69 than I was in my 40s!
